I'm voting Nico Rosberg the prettiest driver in F1!

Seriously! It is disappointing to not have a live broadcast this round and without jumping through hoops or paying any more money for on-line viewing, I guess I'll just have to wait.

I want to know who the programming genius is that put the F1 race and the Indycar race AND the NASCAR race all on at the same time? That should get good ratings for open wheel, eh?

Dumbasses.

In some photos of Nico, I keep on thinking it's Sarah Fisher. :p

It's a lovely 5:10am as light creeps over the Sonoran desert and it looks like a nice day in France too. Track is open for the first knockout session, first slugs of coffee are going down and live feed from the MotoGP event from a very wet Donington is on computer #2. It's a great day in DooberVille!

Since we aren't getting this live this week and since it's on at the same time as the Indycar race from Iowa (dumb), I went ahead and followed the race on live timing from formula1.com.

Here they are. From what I could tell, Hamilton got a pass through penalty for cutting the chicane and played not nice with Alonso and someone else. Kimi experienced some mechanical problems that threatened to ruin his day but didn't and what about Jarno Trulli finishing on the podium! Good finish by Heikki Kovalainen and Kubica too.

I'll probably watch the broadcast at the same time as the Indycars but haven't checked the story on the Iowa weather scene today.
