Sure, we're relegated to a support race this weekend but it still counts. Ben Spies looks well on his way to another title but will doing double duty give the edge to Mladin? All we can do is wait! :)

Tommy and Roger will be back this weekend. They have been sorely missed! Go Hayden Boys!

New headline at Superbikeplanet reads:
"Mladin Faster On Superbike Than Suzuki MotoGP Bike In First Session Times "
Ummm, that's not quite correct, though. If it said "faster than Spies on a MotoGP bike, then maybe. Mat turned a 1:23:863 which would have put him 9th on the MotoGP grid. Chris the mole turned a 1:23:4
Surprised to see Tommy Hayden ahead of Hacking.

Practice today for AMA Superbike was supposed to be at 8:00am but it was too foggy so they cancelled it. That would left our Superbike boys with only one short qually session before the race.
Fortunately, the managed to get in practice at 5:15 today. Results Below:
Both Tommy & Rog in the top ten. Roger Lee ahead of Jamie H.

With the most exciting MotoGP race in quite some time, it was easy to forget about the AMA boys doing their thing.
In supersport, Ben Bostrum smoked the field.
In superbike, Mladin was a mile ahead at the end and Spies wasn't even a factor for the win.

It's nice to have the Hayden brothers back on the grid. For being away, they both did pretty darn good. :)
