Ok, just after we demote NASCAR to the "other" category, something interesting happens. The Nationwide boys actually raced in the rain!
It was a cluster for the teams but interesting to watch. They used rain tires from 2001 and installed windshield wipers that mostly didn't work. The racing actually wasn't half bad and most of the drivers seemed to really enjoy the challenge.
This should set the standard for road courses. I now demand that should the Cup boys encounter rain at Watkins Glen, they continue to race and not wuss out.
BTW, we are boycotting the Pocono race today. Last week's Brickyard was just too pathetic. :)
