Ok, I've done some reading on this and the general consensus is that it is fake, but it's a good fake. Someone spent a lot of money and time to make this and it looks pretty Hollywood so of course, a viral marketing campaign is suspected.
Check it out. Kind of gruesome and gross, but somebody went to a lot of trouble. 9+ minutes of squishy guts and stuff
