News of the World, the rag that broke the whole orgy story and still has the video online just won a court decision that would have pulled it from their website.
High Court refuses Mosley video injunction
The High Court today refused an injunction to have the video that launched the scandal surrounding FIA president Max Mosley removed from the News of the World's website.
The judge, Mr Justice Eady, refused to grant the injunction, saying that content of the video was now so widely familiar that Mosley could no longer reasonably expect to keep it out of the public domain

Now, since News of the World and FOX/SPEEDtv are both owned by Rupert Murdoch, do you think there is the chance of any repercussions against SPEEDtv? That would really suck.
