The pundits predict a Brawn resurgence this week in Bahrain. All we care about is that it doesn't rain. It's an early morning event before the buttcrack of dawn way out west but our east coast fans get a break and a little extra sleep. Wherever you are, come join us live here in DooberVille for qualifying and the race. Detailed time schedule is in our Upcoming Events Calendar.

Tough getting up this morning. Ugh!

WTF? Sutil, Buemi, Fisichella, WEBBER, Bourdais out. Vettel & Trulli up top followed by Hamilton. I think there will an inquiry that Webber was held up? 3 Red Bull cars out in P1!

Q3 Wow again!

Trulli, Glock, Vettel, Button, Hamilton, Barrichello, Alonso, Massa, Rosberg, Raikkonen. All Toyota front row! That's never happened, eh?

All I know it is nice to see some racing on a dry track. MotoGP qualifying was rained out last night and I was bummin'. It's about 5:20 here and still dark as night and with only about 4 hours of sleep, I think I'll try crawling back to bed even though I slammed 20 oz of coffee.

I think old Lewis saved some of his supersofts for the race and sacrificed starting position for better fuel and tire strategy.

Piquet may be on the bench in a little while if he keeps it up, with a test driver looking over his shoulder at the track. No pressure!

Maybe Bruno Senna would like to take a shot at it after getting jilted out of a seat to make way for Rubens B.

And last, but certainly not least is Vettel. On his way to the top?:cheers2:

Eric Clapton on the grid in a Ferrari hat? WTF? That's kinda cool for us old farts. Ugh. 3 hours and 20 minutes of sack time since dumbass me had to stay up after MotoGP to watch the season finale of a series I've been watching on BBC. No worries. I'm going straight back to bed after the race. Speaking of MotoGP, don't miss it on SPEEDtv later and you won't be disappointed.

Arrg! I sure hope the coffee is done. 15 minutes until race time.

Button and Hamilton in. Super softs go on both cars.

Vettel & Raikkonen at the top but haven't stopped yet. Alonso in from 4th. Barrichello can't get around Piquet and isn't sparing the hand signals.

Vettel in giving Raikkonen the lead.

Barrichello pits from 5th and out in 8th. Looks like a strategy call to get him out of the freight train being held up by Trulli?

Howdy rixracer! We're missing our regular LittleAlguy. I think it's the first GP he's missed in a year?
