This was said to be just a trial test, but 14 other educational authorities are shortly coming into the programme, and following later are 15 more. The idea was first used in Germany in the thirties, and all Eugenics theories were also surprisingly, supported at that time in Britain by Winston Churchill, and these old ideas were recently backed by Tony Blair, and legally supported by Cherie Blair's Matrix Chambers.These machines in schools were said to be just for tests and are called 'kiddie-printers.'
